Alchemist Fragrances Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns Product Condition: 

Alchemist Fragrances accepts returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Timeframe: Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of the purchase date. Any returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process: To request a return, customers must contact our customer service team at 1868-392-6314 or alchemistfragrancestt@gmail.com . Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellations:

Cancellation Window: Customers have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel their order without any penalty. Orders cannot be canceled after this timeframe as they may have already been processed for shipping. If said order were to be paid on delivery, the order would be canceled, however any future orders must be paid in full before being dispatched for shipping. 

Cancellation Process: To cancel a paid order within the 24-hour window, customers must contact our customer service team 1868-392-6314 or alchemistfragrancett@gmail.com with their order details. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
